In lieu of traditional gratuity, we gratefully accept donations to our Co-op Happiness Fund! Any contributions are considered a donation, not a tip. We divide these funds on the basis of hours worked between all staff, regardless of job function or tenure - from café front end, back of house, delivery drivers and the bakers in a totally different building!
