You may have noticed our cash jar says “co-op happiness fund” instead of “tips.” That’s because we divide these funds between all staff: cafe front end, back of house, and the bakers in a totally different building. In better days (or at the farmers market) you’re able to drop cash in a jar, these days you can add it at pick-up before you pay for your order - or right here online! We appreciate it :-)
